I confirm that installation on Debian 12 now works and Gambas launches successfully.

Installation and launch on the latest Manjaro using the Arch instructions works.

Installation on openSUSE Leap 15.6 does not work:

Problem: 1: nothing provides 'gambas3-gui-webview = 3.19.90+git.20241212.35dbf731' needed by the to be installed

 Solution 2: break gambas3-3.19.90+git.20241212.35dbf731-lp156.4.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
