Could the content of .install files generated for the components be in alphabetic order as well?
I noticed I do have some with all in there but of course organized in alphabetic order.
You have the '/urs/share's encapsulated between '/usr/lib's somehow
Just a matter of ordering, right so comparing becomes easy.

It's done, at least for the components whose install files are
generated. The others are just copied from the 'template' directory, so
they must be sorted manually.

Ok,

I just downloaded and I'll check it out (but maybe not tonight).
If you would have a look at my merge request, there are some more changes (and some the same).

Here is my findings so far.
1. .install file content of component not from 'template' are perfect and mine are adapted to them
2. remove desktop-gnome-keyring in control and .install. It is disabled in rules
3. the dependencies in control file are still in one line (see attached image - left osb, right my recipe), so hard to compare

4. Another problem I found is auto generated part of Description of components are all one liners. Debian policy requires multi-lined (max 80 characters on a line, first position a blanc) (see attached image - left osb, right in my recipe)

So far it looks good
