The Debian/Ubuntu specifications in the debian-Debian_*.tar.gz archives
still need to be updated (gbWilly wanted to do that?).

Then the *.dsc files can be adapted.

I have been working at that, but in new master I do not know where to put my changes.
The template for debian is just a part of complete recipe an it seems rest is automated by Benoit

I was thinking of adding folder app/src/gambas-package-config/debian-example
In there I will put:
debian -> in there a complete native recipe for debian 12

debian.tar.gz -> adapted to quilt

.dsc -> adapted to quilt and with refrences needed by osb

Both above files will be based on recipe in mentioned debian folder and reconfigured for quilt and osb so to speak

Then this debian-example folder can aid Benoit in doing his magic and correcting his code where needed.

Gambas 3.19.90 currently doesn't build with mongodb added on debian 11 (see other post), but I can for the time being disable mongodb until I figure it out as it says it will compile.
But I will, in time, place a debian11 folder with just changelog, control and rules files and a debin.tar.gz and .dsc for debian 11 reconfigured for quilt and osb.

I will mange to use debian11 recipe to build ubuntu20.04, so that one will follow, as I happen to still have a Ubuntu24.04 running on my old laptop.
And I will work my way up to 22.04 A and 24.04 after that, so we have a complete offer on that front too.

I will await what the chef thinks about my adding the example folder before jumoing into action.
Meanwhile I automated my recipe editing, building as well (just for debian/ubuntu recipes).
I have been doing it so much that it was easy to set up a good working concept.

Working on updating my 3.19.6 recipe with comparable fixes done in 3.19.90 ATM
