BTW there is a very big change that the debian recipes will work as is on most ubuntu versions.
Just change first line of changelog file to have proper ubuntu codename and run a test in a vm.

Maybe some tweaking of the rules file is needed in certain cases. And an awareness of what is available on what versions when it comes to dependencies.
I saw that debian build newest gambas 3.19.5 with libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev instead of libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev for sid and testing.
So maybe the .yml file for testing and sid on git needs an update (or maybe a test first)
