About "TabPanel Click event (or workaround) wanted"

Hi,

I added in the last commits a new 'Select' event in the TabStrip control.

It is raised when a tab button is clicked, even if it is the current one.

The 'Workspace' class has been modified to use it, and so the IDE. When 
you click on the current document tab button, the tree is now always 
refreshed.
