Hi,On the Gambas website and in its code repository I only find references to the GPL 2.0+ license for Gambas source code and CC-BY-SA 3.0 for wiki pages. Is it possible to write non-GPL software with Gambas such as ISC, CeCILL-B?
AFAIK, yes, except if you indirectly use some libraries like Qt that prohibits that (but maybe it changed since the last time I checked).
Gambas is an interpreter, and your Gambas program is not a compiled program, but a data file run by the Gambas interpreter.
So the Gambas GPL license does not apply to your program. It applies to code written inside the interpreter or its components.
It applies to code that you borrow from the Gambas sources in your own code. But not for the Gambas code that you execute at runtime.
