I have a new laptop and wiped Windows for Ubuntu 24.04 + Gambas daily PPA (same with Stable PPA).Sample program is a Form with a GLArea and it gives: Error: Failed to init GLEW It doesn't work with GTK3, QT5 or QT6I have another laptop with Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS + Daily PPA with no issues. It is a distro problem or the Gambas packaging for 24.04 problem? Then, out of curiosity , installed lastest Manjaro + Gambas (3.19.0 stable from repos):It has some OpenGL components missing, just the gb.gui.opengl. A simple program as before, gives:Error, file not found (or something similar, dont remember exactly) -- Saludos cordiales Martin
As I told you, please provide a project that reproduces the problem. It works perfectly here with any GUI component on Manjaro with the development version.
I checked the Manjaro Gambas 3.19.0 packages, and the 'gb.gui.opengl' is present in the 'gambas3-runtime' package.
I'd like feeback from other Ubuntu users. Do they have the same problem with GlArea than you?
