Sorry Benoît, here is what it says :

Event GridView.Change (gb.qt4)
Event Change ( )

Raised when the current cell has changed. 

It just say that the cell changed not that the cursor moves from it
And if the current cell has changed so we can edit it, but how ?
I just need to know how to do that.
