Der Gambas Club, is it possible to register?

Is it even possible to register at the gambas forum Der Gambas Club ?

I tried to register with my gmail and it said i cannot use that address.
So can no gmail users use the forum?

So i signed up to proton.me for a new email address and tried that and the
address was not denied but I never did get an activation email.
