"From" would be the author, wouldn't it?

It might work better to filter by "To: user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Or, in the messages header pane, select More -> Customize -> Show all headers. Then scroll down to fine the List-Id. Right-click 
the ID and select "Create Filter From".
