I attach the Desktop-ish program.

It shows the icon text rendering problem (because i use Paint.Background to define the main color)

I know my fix is wrong and brakes using <font color="color"> altogether. 
The new RichText needs a way to set and remember it's base color as whatever Paint.Background it to begin with. not use Color.Default.

It also shows another problem that can be seen in the snapshot (i can make a separate bug report if needed)
The Icon.class View_Draw method (line 578) uses TrimRichText and RichTextSize commands. in stable it looks okay, with master some of the icons text is now cropped.
