I don't see why Gnome or KDE non-standard implementations should be implemented by the Clipboard class.

Only 'text/uri-list' seems to be standard, and it's already managed.

Maybe adding some 'CopyFiles', 'CutFiles' and 'PasteFiles' to the Desktop class instead?
