Description

_NormalizeAppId sets application names to all lowercase.  Previous normalization code allowed camel case.  Dbus specifications allow camelcase.

I have an app that registers a camelcase dbus object.  Works fine but the actual registered object is lowercase.

A second instance of the app looks for the camelcase object.  Can't find it. It tries to register its camelcase object and crashes because unknown to itself it actually tries to register a lowercase object.

I understand that _NormalizeAppId handles malformed names better, but please let it keep camelcase names.
