I tested with the two distros, both gnome/x11

1) The look of focused RadioButtons or CheckBoxs. As I said, it depends on the widget themes, not Gambas.
Okay, it's about visibility, because when you press the Enter key, the value changes 

2) When hitting TAB inside a ButtonBox with GTK+3, I get a beep sound. No idea why. But the focus is correctly moved to the next widget.
No, not here (see above)

3) I don't have problems with TextArea focus in Qt. I don't know what you are talking about.
I mean the frame that indicates the focus (maybe because it is ReadOnly?)

So now it is possible to navigate with the TAB-Key
