​I can get to see the offending icon sets like this...
Load the IDE using the "Run with QT5" option and open Christofs test program.

Then use the gambas theme preferences to change the icon set.

The toolbutton images in the project designer change
some icons sets are okay, some so light they cannot really be seen and some too dark like in the screenshots.

I've tried changing the icon theme in my qt5ct utility but it does not seem to work :-\

all seems okay when using the IDE with qt6
