I can confirm that changing the page size to 4kB fixed the issue.
Both qt5 and qt6.webview now function.

This 16kB page size is an issue on Raspberry Pi5.
The Pi4 defaults to 4kB, so that one should work properly.

To fix (for future references):
sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt

Add:
kernel=kernel8.img

Ctrl + X and Y to save

reboot
