You should have continued with that report not started another report for the same thing,

You STILL have not provided the needed system information.

try this in a terminal...

gambas3 --system-information

put the results in the system info box.

things do not add up from what you are saying.
For starters qt4 has not been a part of ubuntu since bionic (V20.04)
How do you have qt4 with ubuntu noble 24.04?

this is why your system info (that Benoit has asked for) is important.
Much more info is needed than the little you have provided.
