Just thought i'd try to help by testing on my system and reporting my results.

I used the program posted and could not connect to 192.168.99.199 (i guess because none of my devices have that address)

there was no crash or seg faults, the program run just hung until i stopped it.
then i found it seems default timeout is 2 minutes (Startup/Main took 134 seconds) not 20 seconds like the help says. after 2 minutes (or 5 seconds when adding .Timeout = 5) the window opens and is stable and closed fine with the okay button.

I changed address to 127.0.0.1 and the window opened instantly and remained active till i hit okay.
it did not crash.
