Do you see a crash in that log?

I just see two mariadb shutdowns (at 13:13:12 and 13:18:12), and many strange messages of that type:

[Warning] Aborted connection 86017 to db: 'zm' user: 'root' host: 'localhost' (Got an error reading communication packets)

According to Internet, these messages are just client timeout, and can be safely ignored.
