I have been looking at the source code and it seems to me that gbh3 is (at least partly) gambas code.
If that is so, instructions on the wiki have been faulty for a long time.

I think the gambas3-dev-tools.install file is missing an entry in the trend of:

usr/bin/gbh3.gambas

I'll see to do a test build tomorrow and report if it solved the issue.
If it does I'll correct it and do a merge request.
