While debugging an application in the ide, while the app is still running and not halted the clear all breakpoints button is enabled.

When clicked it will remove all the red dots in the edit windows but does not remove the actual break points as expected, the application continues to stop at the now invisible break point locations set during the current debug session. The breakpoints are not actually removed until after the current debug session is terminated and the application is restarted.

This is a little confusing and perhaps it would be better to only enable this button when it can actually remove all the existing breakpoints.
