Description
-----------

When the first method/function in a module/class is marked as fast and there are no statements before the first method/class then the fast on the first method/function is treated in the same way as placing the fast statement at the top of a class/module file.

example: causes error sequence where every method/function is jit compiled to fast version( attaches is two projects one with error and one without, also the generated jit c source files)
