Otherwise it's just guessing things. I didn't modify the TabStrip management code for a while, but I know what I modified in the last stable version that could be related to this problem. It's just that in that case the bug should always trigger! Note that if you can't wait for a fix, you can replace all your TabStrip by TabPanel. The look is not exactly the same way, but they work the same way. I even think getting rid of TabStrip completly, i.e. replacing it by a TabPanel with a look that mimics it.
