The workaround with the background color doesn't work.
Try the attached version. You will see that the corners of the graphics are black.
There should be no corners at all, because I apply a clip region.
So it seems that we might have a third bug in this demo.

Today I installed (from source) all versions of Gambas from 3.19.5 to 3.20.3 on an a new Mint 20.3 VM and found that the splash screen problem occurred at 3.20.3.
