Fedora42 has JIT issues with IDE.

I think the issue is also with Fedora41

I found a bug in gb.jit (see merge) but it does not fix fedora.

trying to run the IDE now fails with JIT error: Application_Log method not found in class project.

And with every attempt to run the IDE a file org.gambas.<PID>.desktop is being created in ~/.local/share/applications/ and not deleted.

So I am guessing it is not finding the correct XDG runtime dir.

Do you have a fedora VM to test on?
