I think that Samba raises the error even if the new authorizations are the same than the old ones. It's just the system call that is forbidden in Samba.

I can ignore the error, so that you don't get it anymore.

Anyway it's a bad idea to store your Gambas project in a Samba share that is not a POSIX filesystem.
