Description

On occasion (i can reproduce the error by bashing both left and right mouse buttons on the button) 

when i click the procedure list it throws an error, "Window is already opened" but it cannot be seen.

In the clip in the editor showing you can see my fix (that works) commented out.

  If Not FProcedureList.Closed Then FProcedureList.Close  ' my fix
  iRet = FProcedureList.ShowPopup(X, Y) - 1
