@include in a .highlight file gives a file not found error when using Text highlighter.Register  if a file to be included is missing but no indication the error is within the highlight file making people think the the problem is the highlight file path.

Could Text highlighter.Register(key, name, path)  give a bit more detail to any file load path error?
