Can you reproduce the crash?

If so, can you run the IDE from a terminal that way:

$ gbr3 -t /usr/bin/gambas3 > gambas3.out 2>&1

If the 'gambas3.out' file you will find a trace of each line of code executed by the interpreter with its location.

The location of the last one should tell us which program make the interpreter crash.
