Interestingly, I cannot install Gambas3 on new installs for both Ubuntu 23.10 and 24.04.

On Ubuntu 23.10, I get this error:

gambas3-runtime : Depends: gambas3-gb-gui (>= 3.18.3-1ubuntu1) but it is not going to be installed
 gambas3-scripter : Depends: gambas3-runtime (>= 3.19.1+git202403162044.a20a6e2a0+build4~ubuntu23.10.1) but 3.18.3-1ubuntu1 is to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

On Ubuntu 24.04, I get this error:

 gambas3-gb-gtk3-webview : Depends: libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0-18 but it is not installable
                           Depends: libwebkit2gtk-4.0-37 (>= 2.39.90) but it is not installable

However, I see the bug status has transitioned to Accepted.  Hopefully this means the additional PPA info helped you reproduce the error.
